This seven-story residential building of approximately 4,500 m² is conceived through bioclimatic and biophilic design, treating nature as an essential part of everyday living. Greenery is woven into balconies, circulation spaces, and shared areas, creating a constant connection between the apartments and the surrounding landscape.
Environmental comfort is achieved through passive strategies. A central convection shaft acts as the building's lungs: warm air rises and is released at the top, drawing cross-ventilation through every apartment without mechanical systems. The side façades work as screens that bounce and diffuse daylight, controlling direct radiation and bringing soft, even light deep into the interiors.
The material palette reinforces this approach. Façades are finished in natural lime-and-quartz renders, breathable materials that regulate humidity, while interiors are crafted in wood, adding warmth and a calm atmosphere. The result is a building that breathes, filters light, and lives in harmony with its setting.
