This house is thoughtfully nestled within a riverside forest, preserving existing trees and aligning its volumes with natural clearings and optimal sun paths. Organized around a central courtyard, the design channels daylight deep into living spaces and promotes cross-ventilation, while perimeter loggias frame views of the river without sacrificing privacy. Its clean-lined geometry and strong planar compositions pay homage to mid-century modern masters like Richard Neutra, yet the forms flow organically to harmonize with the site’s topography and guide seamless indoor-outdoor circulation.

Inside, the material palette balances minimalism with warmth: quartz-and-lime renders provide a soft, tactile backdrop to natural wood surfaces and furnishings. Reflecting pools and subtle water features spill into the courtyard and entrance halls, introducing gentle sound and humidity that reinforce the connection to the surrounding ecosystem. Every room celebrates light, air, and greenery in equal measure, crafting a serene retreat where architecture and nature coexist as one integrated experience.
